Sam Thorne and Lauren Ivey, coauthors for The Dark Inbetween novels, have been writing together almost since they first met in middle school. As an ace spectrum nonbinary, and a bisexual woman, Sam and Lauren advocate strongly for diverse representation in all media.

Balancing each other with a BS in Biology and a BA in Creative Writing, they bring their talents together to craft the stories they have always wanted for their own shelves. When not writing, they both dote on their pets, play board games, and drink far too much coffee.
